Well...

it really just goes to show that sexing snakes can be difficult and even people who you think should be 100% right still can make a mistake.

As far as resolving the problem, it sounds like its already resolved. Sure you were sold the wrong sex, but you didnt notice and you were happy with it. You then sold it and the buyer seems to be ok, if not happy with it so theres really no issue. You are just as much to blame as the original seller because you sold said snake missexed too. With that said I think you should just let it go, and not try to take it out in any form on the orignal seller.

Mistakes happen.
