If all your after is a "Pet Boa" then I would suggest getting a "MALE" Hog Island,if fed conservetively he will easily stay under 6 foot and live comfortably in that size cage.
Shop around and youll find a quality breeder with some good deals this time of year.I would check with Gus @ Riobravoreptiles. He always has quality stock and their very reasonably priced(for what you get)
