Tail striping in Hogs is...

very common. It happens often to some degree even if neither parent has tail striping. I'm not sure how the genetics work, and I don't believe anyone is breeding Hogs for this trait. I don't have any Hogs with tail stripes, but I do have a trio of these schnazzy reverse striped kids.
