Hey thanks! . The evidence so far suggests this is the same gene (or something very similar) as is seen in the CA Blood boas. I would guess it looks to be differently expressed because of the great differences in color and tone of the Peru stock versus the imperator Blood boa stock. . Anyway, they are interesting and beautiful. . Gus.. .
