stunning doesn't last, then you sometimes have a really pissed off rat that will give you scars and vet bills and could even kill your snake. Years ago when we didn't know anything we did that, now we know better. If you ignore all this advice and you feed stunned anyway, watch the whole time the snake is eating and have a big stick in your hand in case the rat starts attacking the snake, and be prepared to bash it's head in, if it starts to attack your snake. Are you getting the picture here? (Frozen is way better yet, even if it means you have to buy a freezer. It would pay for itself in time since f/t is cheaper too. It wouldn't take much for you to leatn how to thaw them properly either).
If the first rat is the correct size there is no need to feed a second. If you want a bigger snake, buy a bigger snake. Don't jeopardize the health of your snake by pushing it with 2 rats when one correct sized rat is all it needs.
