the room isn't too hot, but heating the cages might make them too hot. Some folks cycle (cool) their boas and some don't. You can just drop the temps by cutting off the cage heat if you want. It really doesn't matter how you achieve the right temps just that you do. You can also decrease the number of hours of daylight to help cycle them too.
