....Have you ever bred Boa Constrictors? If so, good, and congratulations. If not it could be mighty expensive having a quarter million dollars worth of "pet" snakes. I would guess that it would be difficult if not impossible to find 20.40 adult hypos available for sale at any one time. If you have good breeding results with 40 hypo females you would along with everyone else breeding them produce more than there would be demand for and the price would come down. I personally think animals are the wrong thing for anyone to be investing in but if you do invest in them you should follow the smart old rule of investing and diversify.
