RE: UV flouresents,which one?

I am talking about sera's terra UV with the graph of the UV spectrum separately in details and the peaks at the certain uv wavelengths.Is their ANY case that this bulb fails to provide what it claims.This bulb was not tested by the site you mentioned,thats why I have doubts.Should I?
