As stated before veilds are cheaper but if you are doing your homework correctly you should have no problems with husbandry for a panther or jackson. Be sure to do your research though and learn all you can of its requirements as well as buy from a known reputable breeder. Even with that though, you can still have illnesses so being prepared ahead of time with a vet that specializes in chams is a MUST. Have a fecal done as soon as you acquire your new cham. Recently I acquired a female from a reputable breeder that was infested heavily with Coccidia so you never know. Good luck to you and feel free to ask more questions if the need arises. | ||
