What charm is best?

Hi all just asking what charm can be keepet in a 2 foot tall by 16 deep by 16 wide screen cage ? i was looking at dwarf jacksons thay get about 2 inch and maybe carrpets if there are eney other smaller Species off charm that can be keepet in that size cage with out harming its helth please say thanks for your comments
