I have a large kerosene heater I keep handy in the winter time. I have had the power go out and just crank the heat up on it. I have to crack the door a tad for the fumes, but it gets real toasty. If it was a long outage I would go out every few hours and restart. Not optimal, but would keep em fine. Haven't had eggs during this time though. I think the hot water in bottles would help. | ||
