Those are the classic signs of a non interested female. Tail up and dragging around and dropping urates is the stay away from me signal.. She isn't ready, I wouldn't think it's her age, but may be the time of year. Some females come into "season" at times of the year you might not think to even try her for breeding. About the best thing to see a female boa do when a male is advancing on her is nothing, her just sitting there.

I'd just keep trying them, seperate them, feed them, give them a week or 2 and try again. At some point you will get them to go. I have had a couple of males I couldn't get to breed, and thought this male is lame... Soon as I broke and let them go someone else is showing me pic of him breeding 2 weeks later....LOL...

Looks like a interesting project! I like the aberrant stripes on that female, the males a looker too.
