Yes, I did make them myself. They are constructed from 2"x4"s, 4"x4"s, 1"x4"s, 2" casters and 1/2" foam. I do not have any instructions, but these pics might help out a bit. They wheel out from the wall with ease without any teetering or threat of toppling over.
