Are you speaking about a pet store? There arent too many pet stores (actually none), at least by me, that carry Pieds, het Pieds, or even know what the heck they are? With that said, if this place has a visible Pied, then ALL the non-visible babies are 100% het for Pied. If you are going to buy one of the lone males, however, why not choose the "ringer" animal also if it is the same price? I wouldnt pay very much extra for the ringer, unless its a really nice example of one, 'cause in all reality, you arent getting anything extra genetically from the ringer since all the babies would be 100%ers.
