Well my first few years of owning Boas back in the early 90's, I had 2 large cages, with a few Boas in each, even neonates with 12 lb'ers, and never did I have any issues with crushing. Those days are over and now its one Boa per cage. If your putting them together for breeding, then you only concerns will be transferring illnesses if any, or aggresion. Be sure that neither have the smell of their food. If your breeding, then they shouldn't be offered food anyways, but some still do. If you do, then don't feed them together, and be sure to rinse them off well -- real well. Those are the risks of breeding
