Help with Hemipenes

Both of my male albinos hemipenes are inverted and appears to be filled with blood and very dry looking. Is there anyway of getting them to go back in or will they go back in on there own?
He had been breeding my Salmon het albino female but I hadn't noticed them locked up for a couple of days. Thanks in advance.
