The weight of the full container will make it drip faster. As the water weight gets lighter, the drip rate will naturally slow down. There are dripper units on the market that use a tube and valve (sort of like an IV drip) that you can aim right onto a leaf that the cham can reach to drink from. If you have lots of live foliage in the cage you can spray this down heavily once or twice a day to provide drips for drinking for a longer time. A new cham will most likely want to be hidden while drinking, and being forced to be in full view while going to the dripper may stress it. You will need to humidify the cage as well, and the combination of dripper and spraying (or using a fogger on a timed cycle) will be a better guarantee that your cham is staying hydrated. Spray with warm water not cold.
