I can only speak for the USA, but this may give you some places to check out the legality. Your country should have an agricultural or livestock agency that regulates import and export of insects and other live creatures. Possibly a customs agency does the shipment inspections of all live organizms arriving in your ports of entry. The company would probably need some type of import permit or license to bring their feeders in. They may have this already. You can ask what their import authority is and who issues it to them. If you don't trust the answer you get, you could check to see if their company is an authorized shipper into Cyprus. Frankly, a bix box of crix is going to give itself away!
