Posted by: keith_ecko at Wed Aug 6 18:28:10 2003 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by keith_ecko ] Okay when you setup your enclosure I know that your supposed to have a basking spot on one side..a cooler spot on the other...Now in a 55 gallon which is the least I'd buy where is the fluerescent fixture placed? Right next to the basking light? And some fixtures are as long as the tank...some are shorer...Should I buy a fixture the length of the 55 gallon tank taking into consideration that under normal circumstances the basking spot will be elevated to reach the desired distance from the UV bulb and the rest of the tank will be lower below that.....Any input would be cool!
