how could this happen?

I have a boa that just regurged. i"ve had her for 3 months and has been in perfect health. She is a yearling salmon.

Temps, environment, humidity are perfect...she fed perfectly every time before...there is no way this could be stress related. What other reasons exist for regurgitations....only thing i can think of is parasytes in her stomache...could they have gotten there from a rat?? or were they there since i had her but just now came into play???
