For your other question - do not put two females in with one male. The females can get stressed that way and might not want to mate as a result from what I've read.
Some people put two males in with one female, so the males will start competing with each other and get 'in the mood' a little more.
During one breeding season, you can put one male in one female's cage for a few weeks or months, and then put that same male in another female's cage (one male can breed many females, but just not in the same cage at the same time). ----- Lauren Madar
