As the story goes - Woods bought his hets from Snakekeeper - they were thought to be genetic blackbacks. Woods produced the first Red Axanthic. So there is one proven line - that originated with Snakekeeper and was proven by Woods - they both continue to work with it. And like every other morph there are also unproven animals imported every year.
