From what Kevin has said, the Lemons are brighter yellow and have dark black markings instead of faded out black markings. I think if I was going to start off with a line, and liked the dark black vs. the fading of the Graziani line, I would go with a pick of the litter male Lemon. On the other hand, and kind of off topic, here is a picture of my Pastel cross and normal Pastel, both from the Bell line. The best looking Pastels seem to be crossed with something else.

The first pic is VPI, VPI and Sutherland line, going left to right, the second pic is my pair of Bell line Pastels, the last pic is a Bell line animal I hatched out this year and my Pastel cross, both from the same father.
