saying to hell with the whole state isn't exactly fair. This doesn't represent the entire state. Also keep in mind that the town this was taking place in is chosen by most because it's a great place to raise kids; then add venomous snakes to the picture. You just got alot of scared parents.



I'm not saying it's acceptable, just that it's understandable. There are already enough wild rattlers to be concerned with in that area. And yes I know, because I grew up in Utah (so of course I'm biased).



With that said it's hard to get any business permits at all there because people just don't want businesses in their communities. That's why we had to drive half an hour before hitting a town that we could shop in. And that is how they like to keep it; it's a different mind set. As Bill O'Reily once said... You don't have to hate the people you disagree with.
