possible mouthrot but when i opened...

mouth i foud 3 loose teeth and swelling and redness i remothe the teeth that were hanging out. they practically fell out the skin around the teeth was tore..i rinced the area..she is about 8 foot and 35lbs to 40lbs..she does have a lump on her nose but its been there a long time. she did have mouthrot when i got her and was treated by a vet for it..what else should i do for her??? just looking for advice on this..thanks
