Yea...I have yet to see a good PetCo around here. I was at one yesterday to pick up the newest Reptiles magazine (I should probably just subscribe by now :-P) and took a quick look at the reptiles (I wouldn't mind finding another high yellow ball in there). Most of them looked alright. All the lizards and frogs though were just given a bowl of mealworms, and the beardies were just given the commercial bearded dragon food. Other than that most of them looked healthy. But then I noticed one that said "Savannah Monitor"...well, inside was a half dead, 1 foot ameiva of some sort. I haven't looked into ameivas enough to tell you the species but yea...definitely not a savannah.
