The male is almost 3 and the female is I believe 6 now. Over the past couple of days he has been trying to "get in her pants" so to speak. But she doesn't want any apparently. Now I didn't cool them down because I wanted to see if I could do it without cooling and I was successful with my Rainbows because they were put together around the same time and have already tied up. Now with my red tails should I put my larger older male in there with the female, keep my younger male in there and see what happens, or take him out and try doing the whole cooling down thing? |
