Leave her be bro. You can always offer a food item (mouse) and see if she takes it. My female will usualy eat right up until a a few weeks before she lays. If shes looking inverted and plump then Id probably just leave her alone. You could provide some container with a moist substrate (i.e. coconut bedding, moss, etc) but dont make it damp or wet. That will give her something to curl up in and lay.
Or you could just not do anything and shell most likely lay anyway. Good luck.
