If it has only been three days, I would not fret. I had a female that constantly fled to the opposite side of the cage for almost 2 months last breeding season. I left them together and eventually she came around. Maybe your female is not ready right now but with continued interest from the male she might become receptive in the near future. I would not give up on that pairing, just let them be and see what happens.
