Yep. If you breed an albino to any snake that is not heterozygous for albino, you will get normal-looking (well, in this case normal BCIx Nic crosses) that are all 100% heterozygous for the albino trait.

It takes at least two generations of breeding to get anything "different" from a cross like what you are talking about - you might get something cool looking if you bred the 100% het offspring to each other, then you'd get albinos that might have a Nic influence in color. That's a few years waiting and work though. That's why we're just now seeing albinos that have BCC blood, those projects were started years ago and are just now producing albino babies.
