Helix DBS-1000 t-stat issues

my helix dbs 1000 has malfunctioned on me(good thing i caught it on time)...the led screen doesnt turn on and its not turning the heat on...has anyone else had any problems with them...im hoping that its just a blown fuse or something simple like that...any ideas?...im going to send an email to the people at helix and see if they have any idea...thanks
