Prior to the shipment, we had good emails, and phone conversations. This Boa was priced low, to "make room" and I stressed that good health was a must, and I was assured that she was healthy when she left. Since I'm not one to push the issue, maybe I should suck it up and deal with it on my own. This isn't my first disappointment when buying online, but after a few disappointments, it gets discouraging. Especially after doing extra precaution checking on the BOI. I felt pretty confident that this was going to work out to my satisfaction. Like I said, I'm still dealing with the sale, so maybe I posted pre-maturely. -----
