Posted by: Nokturnel Tom at Sat Nov 11 21:08:07 2006 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Nokturnel Tom ] I would say Sonorans get bigger on average...I have some proven San Diegos that are smaller than some of my adult Corns. Both types are great snakes. If you want an easy way into a multi het project you can;t beat the Blizzard. Most Applegates are not het for anyhting though I am sure there's occasionally some that are het for Snow. Both are easy to care for, and I think if you handle either of them frequently they make calm captives. Both can be flighty but they are not often biters. Sonorans can lay larger clutches, and handle the stress of delivering a lcutch of eggs batter than the Sna Diegos[just my opnion] but both are great pets and cool snakes to breed.
