Respitory infection (I think)

I acquired a large 11' burm on thursday. The poor girl is showing signs of a respitory infection I think as it sounds as if she's snoring at times. I've yet to see any bubbles and when checking her mouth (yeah she liked that, lol) found it to look fine. I have a vet appointment for her on Mon (13th) in the morning. I've turned the heat and humidity up a bit wish me luck.
