One thing to keep in mind, is that baby ball pythons make a nice meal for lots of animals in the wild. If you have your baby in a big enclosure she may be stressed and refuse to eat. I keep all my babies in 12 inch by 6 inch by 8 inch sterilite containers and this seems to give them a boost in confidence in their environment, and they readily feed.
