You can prevent mites by using a bird protector that you hang in a bird cage and that will keep them away and you can spay prevent -a-mite in the cage . If you need to get rid of them on your snake , just rub it down with olive oil and they will come off Quick , Then wipe the excess off with a rag . Don’t worry it will not hurt it at all.
