Well, the horse dewormer Panacur is a popular treatment to deworm snakes. However, if the snake is as bad as you made it sound, it's probably going to need a lot more than a little dewormer. It could have other internal parasites that you would not be treating. You should get it tested to make sure that you are treating it for everything it has.



If you can't afford to do that, then you should get it to a rescue operation that can.
