Ryan, if you're wanting to get into big snakes, you got the wrong boa. They stay small. Males are smaller than females. My male about 18 inches. He's bred all four of my females and is a great breeder. They like it warm and dry but I do leave a humid mulch bowl in their homes because sometimes they do like to get in it near shed time.
