I usually start out by trying to feed the snake a rat slightly smaller than the mice they've been eating. If that doesn't work I'll feed them a smaller than usual mouse and follow it with a rat about the same size (at the same feeding).

As you may already know, some snakes make the switch without any problems but some can be picky. If the above doesn't work for you post back & we can go from there.
