Personally, I like the free roaming method because you don't have to move the chameleon from its environment everytime you want to feed them. If you choose this method, however, you need to be sure you do not overfeed as loose insects may nibble on your chameleon when it is sleeping, etc. Cup feeding is also another great way to do it and this way you can easily monitor the food consumption by counting the amount of feeder insects. You can also hinder the escaping of feeder insects into your home because they are a bit more contained. Hope this helps. | ||
