I personally found the bowl method as the best because you know the amount fed and that is properly gut loaded when your cham gets it.Chameleons usually learn easily how to deal with the bowl and after a period they take it as a habit,you can use a tall 1.2 gallon paint emulsion container so brown crickets can't get out and the cham flexes it's tongue a bit.Of course other people claim that bowl feeding doesn't work for their chams.Mine does
