I primarily use severl cups per enclosure. Little to no stress on the chameleon, and bugs are contained (and bug food can also be put in the cup to keep them gutloaded). But at least once a day I also release a bug or two (usually crickets) on a branch and let them run (unsuccessfully) for their lives.
