Possible yes, likely...no. Crosses such as this depend on compatible pairs (meaning you will want to have multiple males & females to achieve sucess with just one pair). You could get lucky and the one pair you have could work but don't count on it. Find a nice female Jungle, you can pick them up now for a few hundred even a VERY nice one that 4-5 years ago would have been a $2500 snake and breed Jungles, they are great snakes in thier pure form. After sucessful copulation between the carpets, place your male in with the Ball and see what happens. That way you can have some breeding sucess with a beautiful species and won't be depending on a longshot when egg laying rolls around.

BTW here's some other species that have been crossed with Jungles sucessfully

Macklots Pythons
Green Tree Pythons
Womas
And of course all the other species/subspecies of
carpet/diamond pythons, while not hybrids in the
truest sense, they can produce some incredible looking
babies.
