Round 1 ding ding ding
I want to build an incubator out of a marine cooler. rubbermaid has these new clear top containers which would enable me to hatch 9-12 clutches (1 clutch per container) of eggs in the incubator. the ONLY problem im battling is that the tubs are quite shallow so I wouldnt be able to keep adequate substrate in them. From the basic look of it i would have about .5"-.75" MAYBE,MMMMMMAYBE 1" clearance what could I do to solve my potential humidity problem??

If I used an larger underwater aquarium heater and put ample water in the bottom of the cooler, then put larger screened in holes in the containers, would the heater raise my ambient temperature enough in the cooler to sustain BP eggs while still providing 80-100% moisture to them?
