Im in pa also, have you tried prekilled? Live? Or the frozen thawed? Some can be picky, I have 1 female that will only take live, All of my others eat prekilled or frozen thawed. This time of year most will stop eating. I would let her settle for a week , Leave her be then try a prekilled small rat, see how that goes.
