heard of 2 or 3 others with this growing problem...perhaps it is chemical/hormonal...something lacking internally that you have no control over. The Webster or Arnold of the boa world. I hope she will grow out of it, but it's hard for me to think she will after nearly 4 years. She'll just be your sweet little Thumbelina.
