IMO, it looks like a Central American boa from Nicaragua for example. If it's indeed a female and is three years old or so, she won't get much bigger than what she is now. If a male, he would be full grown. I also don't see any indication of red present so it may possibly be a type 2 anery. I've heard the term "black tail" used which, of course, if an animal is an anery the tail would appear black.
On another note if this animal gets much bigger it may have been crossed with a Colombian. Time will tell.
