Take her to a reptile vet immediately! have you tried braining and all the grosser feeding methods? Take her to a vet first because you need to make sure she isn't sick or filled with parasites. Ask the vet if they can teach you how to force feed, because you may need to do it for her for awhile if she is really bad. they may have you feed a liquid diet for a little bit depending on how bad she gets.
How long have you had her for? did you buy her from someone? If so, what were they feeding?

more info is needed, but don't worry about it now, just take her or a stool sample to the vets. You probably won't get a good stool sample if she hasn't eaten for too long, so you should probably just call and make an appointment to bring her in.
