silver sulfadiazine, do not break any blisters. If there is any flesh exposed wash it with a nonirritating antibacterial soap (chlorhexidine) and get him to a vet. He needs to get started on antibiotics (ceftazidime). If it's just 1st degree burns home treatment is okay. Keep the site clean. If you don't have silver sulfadiazine, use a topical burn cream.
