depends on how bad the respiratory infection is. Bringing the temps up a bit higher (to maximum temps recommended for ball pythons) and increasing humidity could clear up the respiratory infection in a week or two. If it doesn't go away, take her to a vet for examination and treatment.



For the bad shed, putting a damp (not soaking wet, just damp to the touch) towel into the cage is great. I used this technique on my pastel male who went into shed and I didn't realize it so didn't pick up the humidity, he shed his belly but the rest of his body wasn't shedding. I put in the damp towel, wrapped in partly in it and left it in the cage for about a day and half. His shed is completely gone and he certainly looks happier.
